We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and passionate Video Campaign Manager to join the Mediashakers Video Team to enhance and grow the video activity of the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing video accounts operations, observe and analyze buying trends, extract useful information and control the optimization process accordingly.
  • Claiming overall responsibility on managed accounts upon various platforms. Including campaign set-up, monitoring performance, reporting and communicating with client.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on client inventory requests

Qualifications::

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in video campaign management and/or account management
  • Prior experience in operating video ad servers and platforms ( SSPs/DSPs such as AdapTV, SpotX, Tremor, TubeMogul, LKQD, etc. ).
  • BA degree- Required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and technical orientation
  • Excel proficiency
  • Self-driven, fast learner and goal oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
  • Fluent English is mandatory, Other languages – Advantage

The Video Account manager will be a part of the online video department, managing advertiser and publishers campaigns and working to maximize the department revenue.

Job Description:

  • Managing the accounts, and be their point of contact.
  • Optimization for existing campaigns, tracking daily reports.
  • Understanding the account needs and proactively providing solutions to increase performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the online Video eco-system - Mandatory
  • A prior experience with Video ad servers and platforms - Mandatory ( Preference of LKQD, AOL, Stream Rail, Spring Serve.)
  • Good analytical skills – including the ability to learn and adopt new web based platforms and systems
  • Full knowledge with Excel - Mandatory
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities
  • Fluent in English - a must

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Uploading campaigns, optimization and tracking after daily reports.
  • Improving campaign results to maximize revenue and reach goals.

  • Communication with account managers worldwide.

  • Experience in the online industry and account management - Mandatory

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Good negotiation skills
  • Advanced Excel, computer and internet skills

The Sales Manager represents MediaShakers in all activities related to recruiting new advertisers and creating new long lasting partnerships for the company. The Job includes market research, conducting various types of negotiations and working according to monthly goals. The sales manager is responsible for any new advertisers that enter the company.
